If Wendecoder fails to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeframe and the client has met all their obligations (e.g., provided necessary access or information), a partial or full refund may be considered.

c. Technical or Processing Error

If a technical issue on our end prevents us from completing your order, we’ll provide an appropriate refund or credit toward future services.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once the project has commenced and resources have been allocated.

  • If deliverables were completed and approved by the client.

  • For changes in SEO performance or rankings due to external factors (e.g., algorithm updates, third-party actions).

  • When the client requests strategies or actions outside of ethical SEO practices.

  • If delays or issues occur due to lack of client communication or delayed feedback.

SEO and link-building outcomes depend on many external variables, so results cannot be guaranteed or refunded.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order details, payment reference, and a brief explanation of your concern.

  3. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact us directly.
We’re committed to resolving issues amicably and ensuring you’re satisfied with our response or alternative solution.
